It's not quite Christmas yet - let's talk about Autumn! 🍂🍂🍂•
Posted on 08 November 2019
Before we get going with all things snowy and bright, we thought we'd bring some Autumn colour into our lives and enjoy this season before it gives way to winter. We've put together a gorgeous collection of autumnal themed items and have picked out some of our favourites below:
These brilliant mugs come from a new range of enamelware for us designed by Gift Republic. The mugs are light in weight but can take a decent half-litre sized brew and are each covered in detailed illustrations of mushrooms and garden birds respectively. Helpfully labelled for the budding foragers and bird watchers out there, make use of both this Autumn while it's still just warm enough to properly enjoy the garden.
As the evenings draw in and the opportunity to snuggle down with a nice hot chocolate or cup of tea presents itself, this richly coloured mug and tray set is the ideal accompaniment. Each set includes two mugs and a matching melamine tray depicting the Strawberry Thief by William Morris. While it might be a little late to find strawberries in the garden, we think this mug set perfectly captures the colours of autumn.
Created by Ulster Weavers in collaboration with the Eden Project, these gorgeous tea towels feature the birds of the season perched amongst autumn foliage with just rich shades of red and orange picked out amongst the leaves. So beautiful, you might even want to hang them up in the kitchen rather than just use them to dry the dishes!
